A thoughtful path to the first call

Set the context.
Make the connection.

Start small, test what matters and keep your team in control. Skylynx setup follows your actual business and connection state, so you can leave and return without losing the thread.

01
Workspace + business identity

Give your business a home.

Create or access your workspace. Add your business name, website, time zone and primary use case. Choose the first agent role you want to prepare.

02
Instructions + business knowledge

Teach the details that matter.

Add business hours, services, policies and an escalation contact. Build your knowledge so the assistant has a useful foundation for answering questions.

03
Providers + phone setup

Connect the tools and the number.

Set up supported calendar and email providers, then arrange your phone number assignment. Check each connection and Phone Link device before relying on it.

04
Chat + browser + authorized phone test

Try a real conversation.

Test chat, then a browser call. With an assigned number and a ready Phone Link device, test an authorized real phone call. Review behavior before opening a workflow to callers.

05
Launch preparation + ongoing review

Launch with a clear operating plan.

Agree on routing, availability and the moments that need a person. Monitor the actual connection state and refine your instructions as your business changes.

Go at your own pace.

You can continue into your workspace while integrations or billing are incomplete. Setup progress reflects your saved details and connections, and the workspace tells you what is needed before a capability can be used.

Phone purchases, autonomous campaigns and paid plans are not automatically enabled by completing setup.

A conversation is a good place to start.
