Account and workspace information
Skylynx uses email identity, display name, workspace memberships and authentication records to provide account access. Session credentials are held in secure, HttpOnly cookies. The browser may keep a nonsecret device identifier to associate workspace preferences with a device.
Business content and connected services
Business instructions, knowledge and chat content are used within your workspace. Calendar, email, phone and other providers may process information necessary for their configured capabilities. The final policy must explain the selected providers and applicable processing terms.
Contact requests
The contact form records your name, email, optional company and message for review. Do not submit passwords, provider keys, card information or sensitive customer data through this form.
Voice and conversation records
The first release can show live call events during a browser session. Persistent voice transcripts and summaries are a later capability and require a defined retention policy. Businesses must address applicable notice, recording and consent requirements before using voice workflows.
Questions and requests
Use the contact form to raise a privacy question or ask about information associated with your workspace. The finalized policy will identify the responsible entity, formal request process and applicable timelines.
